Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to inform you that the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), in South South geographical location of Nigeria, has received funds from the International Development Association (IDA) and Agency Francoise De Development(AFD) towards the cost of Community Based Rural Development Projects (CBRDP) and intends to apply part of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contracts for the supply of the following items:

1. RICE........(50,000 MT)
2. FERTILIZER..............(40,000 MT)
3. AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENTS.such as Soil Cultivation ect... Cultivator, Cultipacker, Power Tiller, Seed Drill, Rice Transplanter, Sprayer, Conveyor belt, Ploughing engine and Threshing machine.


This Tender is open to all eligible foreign contractors from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines of the procurement board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

The contract payment terms is 70% upfront payment through bank T/T payable before production and supplying, and balance 30% by L/C at site while the delivery period is negotiable with the NDDC.
